El Gordo was born from a simple conviction: the coffee you drink at 8 a.m. deserves the same care as the cocktail you order at 8 p.m. We opened our doors on Torobie Drive to give Sun Valley a place that doesn't rush you out — where the light changes slowly and the conversation does too.
By day, our barista pulls shots with the patience of someone who knows the difference between a good morning and a great one. By night, our mixologist builds drinks that reward the slow sip. The same counter. Two rhythms. Both intentional.
